The Pedal Party is rented by private parties on an hourly basis. You rent the bike and can bring up to 15 of your friends with you at no extra charge.  Because of the slow moving nature of the Pedal Party, the minimum Cruise time is two hours Rental fees for standard routes are as follows:

Since the Pedal Party is powered by its Crew, they control the speed at which the tour progresses. For scheduling purposes, it is necessary that the tour end within 10 minutes of the scheduled return time.  Fees for a late return time are:

* – Sometimes multiple Cruises are booked in one day.  If a late Cruise overlaps the Cruise in the next time slot, the late  Cruise will also be responsible for the portion of time lost by the later Cruise, billed at regular reservation rates

We also reserve the right to charge a $250 Damage Fee for any damage incurred to the Pedal Party during your cruise OR for violation of the Ground Rules as described on the Alcohol Waiver Form and in Your Captain’s welcome speech.

In Texas, there is no sales tax on Pedal Party services.

Your Captain greatly appreciates your gratuity but tipping, by nature, is never required.  Standard etiquette puts tipping for ‘drivers’ at betwen 15 – 20%, but please feel free to use your own judgement when tipping Your Captain.
